Key Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end design process: research, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and final UI delivery.
  • Apply design thinking to solve complex user and business problems.
  • Create user-centric designs that improve conversion, retention, and engagement across web and app.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data teams to align design with business goals.
  • Build and maintain a design system ensuring consistency across the platform.
  • Stay updated with UX best practices, design tools, and e-com/quick commerce trends.
  • Drive user research & usability testing to validate and iterate on designs.
What We’re Looking For
  • 3–6 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably with e-commerce, quick commerce, or consumer internet products.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile app design work with measurable impact.
  • Hands-on expertise in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD (and prototyping tools).
  • Deep understanding of user research methods, design thinking, and usability testing.
  • Ability to balance business requirements, tech constraints, and user needs seamlessly.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills to present and defend design decisions.
  • A self-starter mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup
